What You’ll Do
In the Warehouse (~50%)
Pick, pack, and prep orders with care and accuracy

Receive deliveries and restock shelves

Help with cycle counts and basic inventory

Load and unload trucks safely

Keep the warehouse clean and organized

Stay active—this job includes lifting, bending, and moving

On the Road (~50%)
Drive a 16’-20’ box truck (non-CDL, Class D license)

Deliver local orders in NY/NJ—no overnights or long hauls

Follow delivery routes and timelines

Greet customers professionally—you’re the face of our company

Complete all delivery paperwork

Do pre- and post-trip truck inspections

Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement)

Valid Class D (non-CDL) driver’s license with a clean record

At least 3 years of licensed driving experience

Experience driving a 16’-20’ box truck is required

Must pass a DOT medical exam (we’ll schedule it)

Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work

Safety-focused

Friendly, dependable, and a team player

Prior warehouse or delivery experience is a plus, but not required

DOT Compliance Notice
Because this role includes driving a commercial vehicle, we follow DOT safety rules. That means:

You’ll take a road test

You’ll complete a DOT medical exam

We’ll check your driving record (MVR) and background

You’ll go through safety training before hitting the road

We’ll verify your past driving jobs as part of onboarding
