The Organization National law firm with
Key Responsibilities Able to form and dissolve various business and not-for-profits
Apply for both federal and state tax exemptions
Conduct lien searches and assist attorneys with closings (M&A)
Draft and file UCCs
Legal research on Westlaw and other online databases
Draft audit response letters
Experience with subpoenas, affidavits of service, notices
Contact with friendly high-end clients
