Successful commercial contractor needs very experienced, mature business/sales person 2 to 3 days per week to follow up with prospective commercial clients who have already received bids.
No cold sales! We want to understand why we have not received the contract and/or if we can re-negotiate to close the deal.
Must be outgoing, personable and have the ability to work independently. Seasoned business instincts and ability to negotiate essential. Construction contracting or enginerering/architecture experience advantageous.
Ideal for semi-retiree looking to stay challenged in a flexible but professional work arrangement.
Candidate will need to drive to visit business prospects. Company car, expense account provided. Bonuses TBD - plenty of potential.
