Job description:

As General Manager, you will create and maintain customer-driven operations with a vision that inspires hotel associates to do their best. You will oversee the quality process to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the hotel's financial objectives. This position requires experience in all phases of hotel management including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget/forecast management, housekeeping and maintenance. The General Manager must establish a positive work environment and an attitude of exceptional guest service and superior room cleanliness. He/she will also enforce policies and procedures established by the company, the hotel brand, and state and local laws.
